Dryden Police have had to deal with their share of criminals, but have never dealt with someone, or should we SOMETHING like this!
Officers were called to the Free Methodist Church on Van Horne Avenue just before 9 o’clock this morning. (Wednesday)
Police became suspicious when they noticed that the front window had been smashed and blood was found inside.
With guns out, Officers combed the church looking for a suspect.
The guilty party, who was hiding in the basement, confronted Police.
Officers were stunned too see the culprit was actually a deer.
The deer was shooed away with minor injuries.
Police were not forced to put the animal down.
