Dryden Police Report An Email Parking Ticket Scam

The Dryden Police wants the public to be aware of a scam making its rounds.

Officers say they have received word that some residents have been receiving emails related to parking tickets.

Police say they do not communicate with the public in this way when dealing with parking patrol or enforcement.

Dryden Police say if you have received such an email, it is likely a phishing scam and should be reported to the Canada Anti-Fraud Centre by calling 1-888-495-8501.
