The City’s Police force continues to see positive changes and has
become a leading organization in the North.
That is one of the main messages in the 2005 annual police report
released by Chief Shayne MacKinnon.
MacKinnon says the year will be remembered for one major event.

of younger officers now on board due to retirements and resignations.
