Dryden Police say they stopped the driver of a vehicle driving eratically along Highway 17.
Police say an officer was returning from Kenora court when he pulled over a driver for being impaired.
Police say Marty Robert Lands of Eagle River was arrested and taken into custody.
He was in breach of an earlier undertaking to abstain from the consumption of alcohol.
