Dryden Power Toboggan Club Gearing Up for Season

The Dryden Power Toboggan Club is pleased that organized snowmobiling is going to be available this season in Kenora.
Vice-President Pat Oliphant says with a new executive in place for the Sunset Country Trail Riders, he’s confident they can revive the winter activity that’s struggled in that area.
Oliphant says the trails need to be in place to ensure the long term stability of the Regional network.
Locally, everything is running smoothly with the new clubhouse ready to open tomorrow and trail permits now on sale.
Oliphant expects to hit the 400 sale mark again this year with roughly 100 sold so far.
Trail passes run $160 until December 1st when they bump to $195.
The OPP and Dryden Police will conduct random checks this season.
