The Bob McGillvray prohibited weapons case in Manitoba has been held over for another couple of weeks.
The case was heard Tuesday in a Brandon Court.
The Crown’s Office says the Judge will set a date for a preliminary hearing when the Dryden resident appears in court on August 15th.
The 71-year-old faces 66-charges and has yet to enter a plea.
McGillvray also faces 11-charges in Dryden and has yet to enter a plea.
That case won’t be heard again until September.
