More action can be taken to make Ontario homes and businesses more accessible. That’s the belief of Dryden’s Casey Gould, who has Duchenne Muscle Dystrophy. Gould says new building codes and stricter rules and regulations have been introduced, but he doesn’t think there is actually anyone inspecting buildings going up and following the rules and codes of conduct.
