The City of Dryden is trying to complete infrastructure upgrades before the snow stays for good.
Earl Avenue will be closed to motorists at Victoria Street starting at 7:30 until 5 o’clock Thursday.
Local traffic will have access.
Public Works says crews are installing water and sewer lines.
