Dryden Road Work Over Budget

Reconstruction work on the Highway 17 entranceways and the Duke Street Overpass in Dryden is $108,000 over budget.
The additional money will be taken from reserves.
However, Director of Engineering Brad Johns says the City will likely be able to recover most of the costs through Government grants.
The Ministry of Transportation is funding 90% of the project.
Design work is expected to begin in August with construction starting shortly after.
The project is expected to wrap up the end of October.
