The Dryden and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting a community service club and organizations Information Session Wednesday at the Centre.
Chamber Vice Chair Tyler Peacock and City Chief Administrative Officer Ernie Remillard were guests on the CKDR Morning Show Monday to promote the free event.
Peacock says they wanted everyone under one roof to speak about what they are about and what they have planned for 2017.
He says 40 organizations will be in attendance and anyone interested in joining is encouraged to contact the Chamber.
Peacock says the session is an opportunity for groups and clubs to reach out to potential members and volunteers and stresses it’s a great networking opportunity.
Remillard adds “we all win, if we all work better together.”
The event runs from 7:00pm until 9pm.
