The City of Dryden is taking an early look at the framework for a new strategic plan.
No time-line has been set to start working on the long term strategy, but Mayor Greg Wilson says there will be open communication with the public.
Wilson says the plan will set priorities and requirements for Council.
Wilson says strategic planning means you have to have regular goals and benchmarks that you aim to achieve.
