The Dryden Junior Boys Volleyball team are NorWOSSA Gold medalists. Yesterday in Kenora, the Junior Eagles, beat Beaver Brae in 4 sets, 25-17, 25-22, 19-25 and 25-18. The Eagles were lead by grade 10’s Kevin Woolfrey, Brodie Church, Matt Wood, Brady Desserre and Brook Trout. Also with huge contributions to the win were grade 9’s Noah Palermo and Zack Lugli.
Meanwhile the Eagles Junior girls basketball team fell to Kenora 35-31 in the finals.
