Dryden To Form Rec Committee

The first step in forming a Recreation Committee will take place tonight.
An Arena User Group meeting is being held at the Rec Centre at 6:30.
Community and Development Manager Bob Cunningham says they are hoping to establish a group of volunteers to help oversee future decisions.
Issues to be discussed include maintenance, cleanliness, change rooms, ref room issues, the Dryden Ball Club storage room and future plans.
Other issues to be discussed include board sign revenue, potential renovations as well as the potential use of rink 2 for a curling rink.
The meeting will involve Rec Complex staff, all ice user groups and Minor Ball representatives.
