Dryden United Win Second Straight Soccer Title

The Dryden United have successfully defended their Senior Men’s Soccer title.
The United won their second consecutive championship with a 4-0 win over the Sioux Lookout Old Boys Sunday night.
Ron St. Aubin and Phil Lovenuk led the way with two goals each, while Mike English and Mark Nerino shared the shutout in net.
In Women’s action, the Sioux Lookout Strikers beat the Caution to take the championship.
The League has also recognized its top scorers of the season.
Thomas Trainor and Lauren Shoguchi took home the yearly honours.
