Dryden Welcomes New Police Officers

The Dryden Police Service is excited to welcome two new members to their team.

Constable Randall Jacobs is an experienced Officer who was policing with Walpole Island Police Service in Southern Ontario for the past 4 years.

Constable Jacobs lived in the Dryden area before making the move to Southern Ontario to pursue a career in policing, but the love of the area and opportunity to serve the City of Dryden has brought him back to the north.

Constable Jacobs says he’s extremely happy to be home.

Constable Christian Maltais, born and raised in Dryden is a recruit and graduate of the Police Foundations program from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario.

Although, Constable Maltais is a new police recruit, he has worked as a Special Constable with the Dryden Police Service since 2019.

Constable Maltais is excited and proud to be working in his home community and with the team at Dryden Police Service.
