A young Dryden woman has been transported to Thunder Bay Hospital after an early morning crash on Highway 601 North of Dryden.
The unidentified woman was a passenger in a truck that went off the road, rolled and came to rest against a building.
Dryden Firefighters worked with the Oxdrift Fire Team, Northwest EMS and the Ontario Provincial Police for close to two hours to stabilize the scene and assist with patient extrication.
After being transported to Dryden Hospital, the woman was sent to Thunder Bay via Air Ambulance.
Dryden Detachment OPP are continuing the investigation and there is no word at this time on the woman’s condition.
