Provincial Police say the victim of Sunday’s crash on Highway 17 west of Vermilion Bay was the female driver of a minivan.
She has been identified as 25-year-old Kyrie Norris of Dryden.
Police say the eastbound van collided with a westbound transport in the Stewart Lake area around 5:30.
A female passenger in the van was transported to hospital with injuries.
The driver of the transport wasn’t injured.
Police are still investigating the cause.
