A Dryden youth spent a night in custody after City Police were called to a North Dryden home last Thursday morning.
Officers arrived at the home around 2 o’clock and found an intoxicated youth causing a disturbance.
The 17-year-old was charged with breaching the conditions of his probation, assault and mischief under $5,000.
