Dryden’s Ian McMillan and the Jason Gunnlaugson rink fell short in their bid to curl in the Olympic Qualifier.
The Winnipeg team lost in the Quarter-Final in the Pre-Qualifying event in Summerside, PEI on the weekend.
They fell to Glenn Howard 5-2.
The Brendan Bottcher rink rolled to a 9-5 win over Howard to earn their chance to go for an Olympic berth.
Thunder Bay’s Krista McCarville did advance to the Qualifier.
