A young Dryden girl has helped support the Oncology Unit at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
New Prospect School student Julia Wrolstad was at the hospital Thursday to donate $1,600 to the cancer care program.
Wrolstad raised the money by recently cutting her long locks of hair in front of students and staff.
She received a tour of the hospital following the cheque presentation.
