Eagle Girls Win Exhibition

The final tune-up before the regular season was a sluggish one, but the
Dryden Eagle Girls came out on top with a 3-2 win over the Beaver Brae Broncos in Kenora Wednesday night.
Danielle Scherban and Stephanie Robinson scored first period
power-play goals, while Jessica Hymers added the eventual winner in the second.
Melissa Calder made 28 saves for the win.
Dryden will open the regular season at Home Tuesday against Fort
Frances.
