Eagle Lake Man Charged With Uttering Threats

An Eagle Lake man is facing a number of charges following an altercation outside a local business.
Dryden Police were on patrol early Sunday morning and spoke with a drunk man to make sure he wasn’t driving.
Police say the accused became confrontational with officers.
Police say Michael Kavanaugh has been charged with causing a disturbance, uttering threats and resisting arrest.
He will appear in court August 19th.
