40-golfers hit the links at Eagles Landing last Friday in the opening High School golf competition of the season.
It was a great day for Dryden golfers on their home course.
The Eagles took the Boy’s team event with a total score of 339.
St. Thomas Aquinas was the next best with a 366.
Sioux Lookout and Kenora were tied at third.
It was a Dryden sweep in the Boys individual competition.
Josh Kitt held off Cam Zapitelli by one stroke for top spot with an 82.
Josh Brunton was third, only 2-shots off the pace.
Christina Romyn edged out her teammate from Sioux Lookout by one shot to win the Girls event.
