A stringent defense and strong special teams play propelled the Dryden Eagles to a 12-10 win over the Beaver Brae Broncos in Winnipeg High School Football Friday.
Adam Swientek was the story for the Eagles in Kenora, with a pair of interceptions, a pair of fake passes on the Punt Unit and a booming leg.
Nick Nault scored the Eagles lone major with a 3-yard run.
Dryden is now 3-3, tied for fourth in the League.
The Eagles will end the regular season at home Friday against the Garden City Gophers.
