Eagles Begin Shot At Redemption

The Dryden Eagles head to Fort Frances later Monday for the All-Ontario Boys High School Hockey Championship.

Festivities will begin tonight with the banquet and the presentation of the OFSAA leadership award.

Play starts Tuesday morning.

The Eagles first game is at 11 o’clock in Emo.

Captain Zack Lugli says his team is excited about the opportunity and is promising to come out flying.

Lugli stresses they now have a shot at redemption.

CKDR will be at OFSAA and we will have live play-by-play for all Dryden games.

Meantime, tournament passes are no longer available, but organizers say they may release some that were earmarked for out of town teams if they don’t need them.

Game day tickets are still available.
