An upset in the Junior Boys Volleyball Final.
The Fort Frances Muskies tripped up the number one ranked Dryden Eagles in 4 sets in the NWOSAA ‘AA’ Final in Fort Frances this afternoon (Wednesday).
The Eagles stormed out of the gate winning the first set 25-20.
However, the Muskies bounced back taking the next 3 sets, 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.
The Eagles and Muskies battled back and forth during the entire season, but Fort Frances came out with a little more energy in front of the hometown fans.
Dryden also struggled on defense, but will still go home with a silver medal.
