Quinton Loon-Stewardson, Shayne McKay and Hosea Mamakwa replied for Queen Elizabeth.
The Warriors outshot the Eagles 35-29.
The Muskies also swepth their Semi-Final against Beaver Brae with a 5-2 win in Kenora.
Game 1 of the Best-of-3 Final is scheduled to start on Monday.
