An encouraging weekend for the up-start Dryden Eagles Junior Boys Basketball team.
Eagles claimed the ‘B’ side title at the Kenora Invitational Tournament, defeating Red Lake 46-31 in the Consolation final.
Fort Frances took top honours, downing Beaver Brae 52-41.
Atikokan placed third downing the Queen Elizabeth Warriors 70-50.
Dryden returns to regular season play on February 6th.
