The daunting Steinbach Sabres defence delivered on its reputation as having the stingiest defence in the Winnipeg High School Football League.
The Sabres limited Dryden to 109-yards of total offence in a 31-0 win at Harry McMaster Field yesterday.
Calum Cheesequay was the stand-out player for Dryden with 4-tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery.
Rainier Penner chipped in with 7-tackles.
It was the second game in four days for the Eagles and they are back at it Friday in Winnipeg against Daniel MacIntyre.
