It was a typical hard hitting classic between the Dryden Eagles and Kenora Broncos in High School Football today however again the Eagles came up just short.
In the midst of a nightmarish schedule that sees the Eagles playing 3 games in 8 days on the road, Dryden dropped a tight 14-10 decision in Kenora.
Despite the loss Coach Geoff Zikalns believes they are turning the corner after 3 straight narrow losses.
Darren Anderson scored the Eagles only major with a 50 yard run.
Jeff Barton added a 23 yard field goal.
Dryden will hit the road again on Friday against St. John’s.
