A slow start didn’t hold back the Dryden Eagles as the Girls High School Hockey team exploded late for a 7-4 victory over the Fort Frances Muskies Tuesday night.
The contest was tied at 2 heading into the third period, when the Eagles offense came to life.
Morgan Church, Kyley Engstrom and Alex Wesley each scored a pair of goals, while Lauren Shoguchi added a single.
Dryden ends the regular season next Tuesday in Fort Frances.
In other action, the Beaver Brae Broncos downed Sioux Lookout 13-1.
