Dryden Eagles Girls are 1-1-1 at the end of “Pool” action at the 2005 OFSAA tournament in Orillia.
Dryden lost 1-0 to the Algonquin Barons from North Bay and now have to wait for the outcome of several other games to see if their record will be enough to qualify for the playoff round. The first and second place teams from each of the pools will advance, while two other teams will qualify as “Wild Cards” depending on their performance in their respective pools.
Whether the girls move on – or not – should be known later this afternoon or early this evening.
