Eagles Ready for NWOSSA Tip-Off

The Dryden Eagles are hoping for a raucous crowd Friday afternoon as the
‘Blue and Gold’ look to claim their first NWOSSA Senior Girls Basketball title
in school history.
The Eagles host the Thunder Bay champion Churchill Trojans in the
Best-of-3 final.
Sonja Wolski says it’s a thrill to play in front of the hometown fans.
Morgan Allbisser says the key to victory is playing strong defense and beating the Trojans full court press.
Tip-off is 2:30 at DHS.
Game 2 is Saturday morning at 10 and Game 3, if necessary, will be
played at 2:30 Saturday.
The Eagles and Trojans have met twice this season, with Churchill
winning both.
However, the first game was decided by 2-points.
