Eagles Take Two Against the Muskies

It was a split at home for the Dryden Eagle Court teams Thursday.
The Senior Boys Volleyball team survived a back-and-forth 4 set decision to the Fort Frances Muskies.
The Eagles took the first set 25-20, before dropping the second set 18-25.
Dryden stormed back with 25-13 and 25-21 decision’s.
The Junior Girls Basketball team was also victorious with a hard fought 20-16 win over the Muskies.
The Eagles showcased a balanced attack with Christina Medwid, Amy Doudiet, Liv Carter and Amy Knipping each scoring 4-points.
The Senior Girls couldn’t contain Fort Frances losing 33-19.
Morgan Church led the Eagles with 5-points, while Emile Gardam chipped in with 4.
The Junior Boys also lost to Fort Frances on the Volleyball Court.
The Eagles took the first set 25-19, but lost the remaining sets 25-15, 25-23 and 25-21.
