The Dryden Eagle Football team saved their best performance for last in the final game of the season Friday.
The Eagles ended up losing 31-13 but matched the playoff bound East Kilodan team with intensity and physical play. The Eagles quickly fell behind 17-0 on the first three play’s of the game, thanks to stellar special teams play. The Eagles quickly responded with a long drive, culimating in a 4 yard touchdown run by Jeremy Uyler. Following another speical teams TD, the Eagles bounced back with a thrilling 75 yard catch and run by Ryan Marttel to Josh Reid. The young Eagles managed to sustain drives and the defense allowed only 1 TD. Dryden finishes the season with 1 win but the future looks bright!
