Ear Falls Lends Helping Hand To Red Lake

The Township of Ear Falls is helping out it’s neighbour.
A shared services agreement between Ear Falls and Red Lake has been announced.
Ear Falls Mayor Kevin Kahoot says Red Lake will be sharing their waste disposal site with the municipality.
Kahoot says the benefit will be working with Red Lake and possibly starting up other shared agreements down the road.
Kahoot adds the shared agreement will generate some revenue for Ear Falls.
There is no definite date when the agreement will start, but Kahoot says it will begin this fall.
