The Manager of the Dryden Weyerhaeuser Mill is hoping that employment opportunities will soon open up at its Ear Falls Sawmill.
Weyerhaeuser wants to expand the Mill.
The Dryden Sawmill is scheduled to close October 11th and Norm Bush says the plan is to manufacture that lumber in Ear Falls where the facility is newer.
Bush says they still have to get corporate approval to spend the capital, but he expects Weyerhaeuser to accept the proposed expansion.
