Work on Earls Court continues with a major project expected to get
off the ground later this month.
The design of a public washroom and kiosk building has been drawn up
and officials hope to begin the tender process in the next 2-weeks.
City Manager Arie Hoogenboom notes it will be a seasonal facility.
