Early Bird Registration For Dryden Hockey Camp

Kids from around the region are being urged to sign-up for the Dryden Hockey School.

You can save $25 off registration if you sign up at the pool desk before the end of June.

Registrations will be accepted up until the August 24th camp.

It runs for five days and focuses on puck handling, skating, shooting and passing and includes dry land training.

Participants will also have some fun and take part in daily swimming sessions.

Instructor Randy Allen was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show Friday and he says there’s a major emphasis right now by Hockey Canada on skills development and he’s encouraging other coaches to come down and watch to pick up some tips.

Bill Brunton and former NCAA player Brett Lobreau are other instructors.

The school is geared towards kids of all ages.
