Early Look at Tourism Season

The Executive Director of the Sunset Country Travel Association is
back home after promoting the North at trade shows in Chicago and Kansas
City.
Gerry Cariou says the early indication is that tourist outfitters may
see more traffic this year.
Cariou notes tourism numbers in the Northwest rely heavily on border
crossings and he’s hopeful the proposed American security cards will not
hurt traffic flow.
