Early wake up!

Tenants of a basement apartment on Van Horne were roused out of bed just after 5 this morning by the sound of breaking glass.
A male was spotted outside the shattered window & when the resident went outside, a scuffle ensued with the suspect being held until police arrived.
Kelly Chambers of Dryden is charged with mischief.
