Economy Front and Centre in Ignace

The Township of Ignace has created an Economic Development Committee.
Council has agreed to provide a budget this year to hire an Economic
Development Officer.
The community has also received a FedNor grant that will cover most
of the cost of an Economic Development Youth Intern position this year.
The committee will be responsible for identifying potential
opportunities and making recommendations to council.
