Ontario’s Education Minister says they are ready to get back to the bargaining table with the province’s elementary teachers.
Liz Sandals says she is confident they can get a deal done with the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario.
Sandals believes there are just a couple of outstanding issues and feels they should be resolved in the next bargaining session.
Talks with the Trustees Association, the province and elementary teachers broke down just before Thanksgiving.
No official dates have been set for the resumption of negotiations.
