In Loving Memory of Edward Albert Slade, age 80 years, who passed away on November 5th at the Meno Ya Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout.
Ed Slade is survived by his daughters Cindy Hendrickson and Bonnie Jefferson. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers and 1 sister.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A Memorial service will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church on Thursday November 10th at 11:00 a.m. with Donna Prior officiating. Interment of ashes will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
