In loving memory of Edward Samuel Gawley, age 86 of Vermilion Bay, who passed away on Monday, September 26th, 2011 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
Ed is survived by his children; Delores (Dick) Hanna of Edson, AB, Doug (Gayle) of Ear Falls, Ray (Shari) of Perrault Falls, Dale (Sharon) Jewett of Stratton, brothers; Herb of Paul River, BC, Don of Vancouver, Dave of London, ON. He is predeceased by his wife, daughter Linda Lee, brother Dick and sister Fran.
There will be no Visitation as cremation has taken place.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 1st, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Church in Vermilion Bay with Harry Toews officiating.
Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memoriam donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation through the Dryden Community Funeral Home 249 Grand Trunk Ave. Dryden, ON P8N 2X3.
