ELA Regulations

The International Institute for Sustainable Development is one step closer to running the Experimental Lake Area.
ELA Project Manager Matt McCandless says the process is underway to change government regulations at the research facility.
McCandless says the changes would set out guidelines for how experiments are carried out and will ensure the ecosystems return to a natural state afterwards.
