Election Update in Sioux Lookout and Machin

There’s a race for Mayor in two area Municipalities.
Doug Lawrance and Sue Williams have both filed their papers for Mayor of Sioux Lookout.
Williams is currently on Council, while Lawrance is a newcomer to the Municipal scene.
Joyce Timpson is running for another term on Council, while Bob O’Donohue is seeking re-election for Public School Board.
In Machin, incumbent Garry Parkes is seeking another term as Mayor.
He’s right now being challenged by Gordon Dingman and Linda Anderson.
Dennis Peterson is running for Council.
