Ontario’s elementary teachers will be in a legal strike position May 10th.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario says its received a “no board” report from the Ministry of Labour in its talks with the province and the Ontario Public School Board Association.
President Sam Hammond says it doesn’t mean negotiations have ended.
Hammond says OPSBA and the province have tabled demands aimed at eroding working conditions and their collective agreements.
