Ellen “Elina” Desmeules

In loving memory of Ellen “Elina” Desmeules, who passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital, on January 23, 2006, after a lengthy illness. Ellen was the beloved mother of Lorraine Fetterly, Bill Desmeules, Susan Drosdowski, Pat Jankowski, Michael Desmeules, Shelly Nadeau, Judi Young, and Yvonne Davis. Ellen will also be sadly missed by her 34 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, all her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and all who knew her. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ellen Desmeules will be held on Friday, January 27th at 2:30 p.m. in St. John’s Roman Catholic Church with father Celestine Agwu officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 26th from 5:00 p.m. in St. John’s Roman Catholic church with prayers to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Should friends desire, donations may be made to St. John’s Roman Catholic Church or the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital through the Stevens Funeral Homes “Red Lake Chapel” Box 237, Red Lake, Ontario.
