Elm Bay Road Fires

The Dryden Police Service is investigating the cause of two fires in the Elm Bay Road area.
The Dryden Fire Service was dispatched Thursday afternoon and crews arrived to a structure engulfed in flames.
The fire quickly spread to the grass and trees due to strong winds, but firefighters managed to contain the blaze.
At the same time, smoke was seen coming from the bush on the opposite side of Elm Bay Road.
Crews investigated and found another set fire in the bush.
It was extinguished with support from the Ministry of Natural Resources.
